Copyright and editorial ethics
Author sending an article to the Editorial board agrees that the Editorial board receives the exclusive proprietary rights for the usage of manuscript (material transferred to the Editorial board including such protected objects of copyright as author’s photos, figures, schemes, tables, etc.) as well as its reproduction and location in the Internet; for the distribution; for the translation into any foreign languages; export and import of the journal copies with an Author article for the purpose of distribution, for the dissemination to the general public.
Article should have the instructor visa located downward and be accompanied by the formal recommendation of the institution from where the article is sent (with a round seal) and by the expert opinion whenever necessary. Article should be signed by all authors that give right to its issue and location at the Publisher site.
Editorial board reserves the right to execute the scientific editing, to shorten and correct the articles, to change the design of graphics, pictures and tables to bring into conformity with the journal design without altering the provided information meaning.
When using the article the Editorial board has the right to provide it with any illustrative material, advertisement and allow it to do the third parties.
Editorial board is entitled to assign the rights received from the Author to the third parties and to prohibit any commercial usage of the materials published in the journal by the third parties.
Author shall warrant the availability of his exclusive rights for the usage of the material transferred to the Editorial board. In case of this warranty breach and claims put in the Editorial board in this regard, an Author shall settle all the claims by himself and at his own expense. Editorial board isn’t liable to the third parties for the breach of the warranties given by an Author.
Author reserves the right to use the published material, its fragments and parts in personal, scientific and teaching purposes.
Author transfers the above mentioned rights to the Editorial board without limitation of their validity period, in the territory of all world countries without limitation including the territory of the Russian Federation.
Rights for the manuscript are considered to be transferred to the Editorial board by an Author from the moment of putting into print.
Reprinting of the materials published in the journal by other natural or legal entities is possible only with the written permission of the Editorial board with the obligatory indication of the journal name, number and year of the publication.
Editorial board is not responsible for the information reliability provided by an Author.
- Manuscripts which don’t meet the above mentioned requirements, have a lot of infelicities of style, grammar and syntax errors are not published and not returned to authors.
In case of the article publication in the journal the Editorial board sends the makeup in the PDF format to an Author via the e-mail: it’s necessary to send a request to the address — vestnik-rentg@mail.ru.
Articles are put into print under the condition that authors present a copy of the payment receipt of the semiannual journal subscription when the article received the appreciation.
